Here are 3 new dishes available at Roundabout Grill:

  • Brown butter petrale sole with fresh herb spaetzel with hazelnuts, green beens and cured lemon.
    You can bake, poach or sauté it.
  • Monkfish sits on a rice patty with a miso broth
  • Horseradish farrow with spring onion cream, with a piece of grilled salmon

No fish should be cooked longer than 8 minutes.
