As Seen on Fox 11: Pork Tenderloin

The pork tenderloin itself is really lean. The trick is to marinate it, then grill it, then finish it in the oven. The slices can be pink and keeps its delicious flavor. It also picks up any flavors you put with it. Check out the segment.

Add mashed potatoes on the side. You can change out the mashed potatoes with something more healthy if you’d like.

For a pretty side salad add:
Spinach, green beans, cabbage, cranberries and chopped smoked bacon
Take a little bit of white balsamic vinegar and sugar and add this as dressing for a flavorful salad.

To top your pork tenderloin, add apple chutney, cooked with a bit of cinnamon.
